inner strength, and an environment that encourages learning. The
YWCA Women's Resource Center provides activities and resources
to support and improve the quality of life of area women and their
families -- offering a repository and resource for information,
materials, women's research and resource development, and a comfortable
meeting space for small group events and meetings.
The Center develops and supports opportunities for
innovative programming, community building, women's leadership development
and education, and advocacy efforts to enhance opportunities for
women and girls to more effectively reach their goals.
 The
Women's Resource Center has developed MOMENTUM,
a premier initiative empowering a diverse group of promising women
to achieve their full potential through development of leadership
skills that positively impact the business, cultural and political
