Alabama chef Polly Mitchell has made it to the big leagues! Well, almost. She needs your help to secure her spot as America’s Favorite Local Chef.
Mitchell was recently nominated and chosen as one of 20 top local favorite chefs, from more than 1,000 around the country for the People’s Platelist contest on ABC’s Nightline.
A phenomenal supporter of the YWCA, Mitchell has generously donated all catering services for Purse & Passion St. Clair County since the inaugural event. Her kindness and dedication to us and others make her a well-deserving finalist.
Mitchell has a passion for food, and she proudly displays her culinary creations at two restaurants (LUNCH in Pell City and Café Royale in Talladega) where both her Greek pasta salad and chicken salad continuously delight the palates of fans, near and far. But her desserts, which are simply amazing, are not to be missed.
Mitchell serves the St. Clair community as a member of Pell City Rotary and Pell City First United Methodist Church.
We need your votes to get Mitchell, the only finalist from Alabama, to the top and help her win a feature on national television! Click here to vote daily! Voting ends on September 26th.
